Sometimes we get questions about our process and how we work. These are some of the most frequently asked questions we get.

Laylan Hydronics and HVAC sales is a sales agent. We do not work directly for brands that we represent but more so as a consultant. We help brands grow their sales by marketing, promoting and providing excellent service to our customers.

  1. Hydronic Heating uses hot water or steam to distribute heat throughout a building. In the case of NTI boilers we are using only hot water
  2. In a hydronic heating system, water is heated in a central boiler and then circulated through a network of pipes to either radiators, fan coils or a radiant floor system. The heat from the water is transferred to the surrounding space, providing a consistent and even warmth.
  3. A key advantage of hydronic heating is its energy efficiency. Water has a higher heat capacity than air allowing it to retain and distribute heat more effectively. This results in more even heat and minimizing waste as compared to a more traditional forced air system.

NTI has a very strong market share which doesn’t happen by accident. They are known for their quality and innovative designs. Infrared heaters have a lot of advantages, but here are a few.

  1. They provide efficient and targeted heat. They don’t heat the areas around them but  heat objects and people in their line of sight
  2. They provide a comfortable form of heat mimicking that of the sun. They do not cause the same level of draft or air movement that you would normally feel from a forced air system.
  3. They are unobtrusive, have a very quick response time and require very little maintenance
